Delivery policy

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to UK Mainland only, including the Isle of Wight, to regular domestic and commercial premises.

We currently do not ship to:

• PO Box addresses
• Scottish Islands
• Channel Islands
• Northern Ireland
• Any other country outside of the UK

All orders are reviewed upon receipt and inspected by a member of staff.  We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders.

How much is delivery?

Its very simple, all orders are subject to FREE delivery.

How quickly will my order be delivered?

We aim to dispatch and deliver all orders at the earliest possible opportunity.  Orders are typcially dispatched within 2-5 working days and delivery is often the next business day from dispatch.

Please be aware that delivery lead times are only approximate especially during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

How is my order delivered?

We currently use DPD or APC couriers for all of our deliveries.  Tracking is available for all orders and you will typically receive an email or SMS update once your parcel is on the move. Please ensure someone is in and available to receive and sign for the parcel.
